Kaduna Ridge Villa
A five-bedroom family home with a fully bespoke, sustainability-led interior.
A private residence where every interior surface was specified for longevity and low maintenance: locally milled hardwood, lime plaster, and joinery designed to be repaired rather than replaced. Cross-ventilation and a shaded internal court mean the house runs comfortably with minimal air-conditioning.
