Ground-floor retail with three levels of flexible office space on Shehu Laminu Road.
A mixed-use plaza built for small businesses. The structural grid is deliberately generous so tenancies can be combined or split without heavy works. A double-skin façade and deep balconies keep interiors cool, and a central atrium brings the ground-floor market into the heart of the building.
