A 24-unit low-rise residential development with shared green courtyards in Unguwan Rimi.
Rimi Court Residences reimagines mid-density living in Kaduna. Twenty-four apartments are arranged around three landscaped courtyards that channel breeze and daylight deep into every home. Passive shading, rainwater harvesting and a rooftop solar array cut running costs for residents while a restrained navy-and-stone palette gives the scheme a quiet, timeless presence.
